What better way to connect your audience with your brand than with an intimate and exclusive dinner party complete with a well known chef, a curated menu, a discreet location, and surrounded by like minded company. I’m able to give guests an upscale and immersive look into who you are, while also integrating your brand seamlessly into the experience, complete with wine.
These intimate quarterly dinners set to a max of 50 guests, bring together influential industry professionals for a 5-6 course meal, prepared by an esteemed chef in exclusive locations in Santa Monica, New York City and Chicago.
My Role: Creative conceptualization, budget creation and management, venue sourcing, finding and onboarding vendors and chef talent, sourcing of supplies, decor, food, curation of invites and guest list, management of guest list communications, on the ground production and delivery.
Tasked with the objective to drive awareness and social buzz behind Barilla’s new Regional Collection sauce line, I alined their premium sauces with personalized, fine dining experiences created specifically by well-known, professional chefs in both San Francisco and New York City.
Attendees were invited to an intimate, multiple course dinner inspired by Barilla’s Premium Sauce collection complete with an interactive demo, and paired wines.
My Role: Managed entire creative process from conceptualization to final delivery, owned and implemented the budget, acted as a liaison for client and third party vendors, on the ground production and delivery.
For a special birthday girl, we set up an intimate and romantic evening of fine dining. From the custom invitations to the three course plated menu, every detail was considered and executed to perfection. Each guest is sure to have had a night they will not soon forget.
