These interactive and intimate mini food festivals allow guests to taste multiple epic dishes, engage in live demonstrations, and branded photo booths, and become engulfed in art all while mingling with like-minded food lovers. This specific activation fuses food and art for an experiential experience like none other, and it all takes place at night.

My Role: Spearheaded planning from event conceptualization and budget management, finding and onboarding vendors and talent, to on the ground production and delivery.

Tastemade and King’s Hawaiian partnered to create a Hands-On-Recipe DIY station allowing guests to create their own cult favorite Hands-On-Recipe video featuring King’s Hawaiian bread. I creatively brought the idea to life by creating an intimate space that reflected both brands, and allowed guests to have everything they needed to successfully create their own hands on recipe video that was easy to make, tasty and photo moment worthy. Guests were excited to partake in the activation and walked away with a new sense of how to incorporate King’s Hawaiian bread into their daily lives.

My Role: Creative conceptualization, budget creation and management, finding and onboarding vendors and talent, sourcing of supplies, decor, food, act as liaison for client and third party vendors, on the ground production and delivery.

This event was designed for a new generation of young professionals that value building real relationships and expanding their networks for job opportunities today and tomorrow. This event was about getting to know the real humans and culture behind the companies to allow attendees to find the perfect match.

My role: On the ground event staff assisting with setting up vendor booths, capturing content, and acting as a brand ambassador.
